RETURNS
Orders for standard products may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. Please contact us with your original web order number for a Return Material Authorization (RMA). Just make sure it's in like-new condition, pack it all (accessories, manual, etc.) securely in the original packaging, and ship it to the address that we provide.

PROCESSING TIME
Orders are normally shipped within 1-7 days. If an item is out of stock or cannot be shipped within 7 days, we will contact you about the details before processing the order.

ACCEPTANCE
Any typographical, photographic, or specification errors in product information, pricing or offers is subject to correction. All orders are subject to acceptance. We reserve the right to limit quantities and/or cancel an order.

NON-STANDARD PRODUCTS
Non-standard Products include, but are not limited to: gas meters, calibration certificates, and remote reading systems. Non-Standard Products are defined as Products that are special orders, custom orders, orders for non-standard products, products not customarily in stock or orders for value-added products. Non-standard products are non-cancelable and non-refundable. In the event of cancellation or other withdrawal of an order for any reason, and without limiting any other remedy which we may have as a result of such cancellation or other withdrawal, reasonable cancellation or restocking charges shall include all expenses incurred and commitments made, and shall be paid by Customer.
